TY3-25 Stiffener is a high-performance stiffener that is compatible with a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and their blends. It can be used in a variety of textile finishing applications, such as shirts, trousers, jackets, and more.

Appearance: Milky white thickened body

Solid content: 39± 1.0%

Specific gravity: 1.08~1.10Kg/L

pH value: 6.0-7.0

Solubility: can be miscible with water in any ratio

Viscosity: <20000cps(S64#12rpm,25℃)

Usage method:

This product is commonly used in the dipping process.

Can be used for hydrophilic and non hydrophilic finishing.

Dosage varies according to desired performance requirements. The recommended usage is 20-150 g/L.

Stiff finish            40-200g /l

Firm feel finish    5-50 g/l

Typical hydrophilic stiff feel finishing formula

Glacial acetic acid:   2g/L

Hydrophilic stick       70g/L

Smooth softener

TY-2030:              10g/L

pH value: 6.0-6.5

Process: one dip and one roll

Liquid carrying rate: 70-90%

Drying: >125°C drying, setting

Product use:

1. Suitable for all kinds of fiber stiff finishing.

2. Silicon softeners can be used alone or in combination for cellulose fiber style finishing, such as stiff smooth finishing.

3. Compared with white glue resin, greatly improve the stiffening effect and wash resistance

4. Excellent self - crosslinking performance, good hardness, a certain luster and improve resilience.
